Let's begin by configuring your Web3 wallet. To get started on your PC or laptop with MetaMask or TrustWallet:

STEP-1:

Browser Installation: Begin by installing MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or any Web3 wallet on your preferred browser. Head to the ​Web3 ( https://metamask.io , https://trustwallet.com ) website and choose your browser – commonly Chrome or Firefox.

STEP-2:

Wallet Creation: After installation, select 'Create a Wallet'. Your wallet comprises a unique public key of alphanumeric characters. It's your identity on the blockchain and the address for receiving crypto.

STEP-3:

Password Setup: Set a robust password when prompted by MetaMask. Ensure it's secure and different from your other passwords.

STEP-4:

Save Recovery Phrase: This step is critical, Write down your 12-word recovery phrase on paper and keep it in a secure location. Never store it on your PC. This phrase is crucial if you lose access to your wallet.

STEP-5 :

Network Selection: MetaMask defaults to the Ethereum network, you'll need to switch to the Binance Smart Chain network. BNB, similar to ETH, is essential for gas fees on the BNB Chain. For Mobile Users on Phones or Tablets:

• 1. Download Trust Wallet or MetaMask App Get these wallet apps from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

• 2. Create your wallet Select the option to create a new wallet. Follow the prompts to set up your new wallet.

• 3. Backup your passphrase Write down the 12-word backup passphrase shown to you. Then, enter these words in the correct sequence to confirm your backup. This step is crucial for security!
